Moving inside Abu Shagara
Abu Shagara is dense, and most moves here are apartment to apartment — often only a few streets apart. A short move is not automatically an easy one. The distance is nothing; the time goes on carrying, lifts, and where the truck can legally stop.
Around King Faisal Street and Al Wahda Street the kerbside is busy for most of the day, so we plan the loading point before the day rather than circling the block with a full truck. The blocks near Abu Shagara Park and Mega Mall are the same story. On the survey we look at where the truck will stand, how far the carry is, and whether the lift works and is big enough for a wardrobe — those three things decide how long your move takes more than the number of boxes does.
If the move is a short one, say so when you call. A two-street move is priced differently from a move across the emirate, and sometimes we can do it in two trips with a smaller vehicle instead of one big load.

Getting it home
You have bought a wardrobe, a bed or a sofa set from one of the shops and need it upstairs and assembled, not left in the stairwell. We collect from the shop, carry it up, and put it together in the room where it is going.
Clearing the old out
Before a move, or before new furniture arrives, the old pieces have to go. Getting them down is the part people underestimate — a three-door wardrobe does not come down a narrow stairwell in one piece.
Both are small jobs next to a full move, and we are happy to do them on their own. Tell us what the item is and which floor it is going to or coming from.

Apartments
Studios up to three-bedroom flats. Packing, dismantling beds and wardrobes, loading, and putting everything back together at the other end. Most finish in a single day.
Villas and larger homes

Offices and shops
Desks, files, IT equipment and stock. Often done in the evening so you are working again the next morning.
Single items
One bed, one wardrobe, one fridge. No minimum — these are routine for us, especially around the furniture market.
Packing and storage
Full packing, part packing, or just the breakables. If your new place is not ready we can hold your things in storage and deliver when you are. The crew that packs is the crew that unpacks.
What your move will cost
We do not publish a price list, and that is deliberate. A studio two streets away and a three-bedroom flat moving to Dubai are not the same job, and a table on a website would be wrong for one of them. We survey first — at your flat, or on a video call if that is easier — and we agree the price with you before anything is booked. It does not change afterwards unless you change the job.

How it works
- Call or message us and say roughly what is moving and from where to where.
- We survey — at your place, or on a video call. Free either way, and it commits you to nothing.
- We agree the price before the booking.
- On the day the crew arrives with the truck, packs or loads what was agreed, and drives.
- We put the furniture back where you want it and take the packing material away.
- You pay once the work is done.

Yes. Our yard and trucks are here, in Hay Al Qasimiah. That is why we can usually get to a survey quickly within the district.
I am only moving two streets. Is that worth your time?
Yes, and short moves are a large part of what we do here. Tell us the two addresses and the floors, and we will price it as the small job it is.
Can you move a single wardrobe or bed?
Yes. Single-item jobs are routine, especially to and from the furniture shops in the area.
Can you take away my old furniture?
We can carry it out and down for you. Tell us what it is and which floor, because that is what decides the crew.
How much does a move in Abu Shagara cost?
It depends on volume, the floor and lift, the carry to the truck, and how much packing you want. We give you a figure after the survey and it does not change unless the job does. We do not quote a number over the phone because it would be a guess.
Do you move from Abu Shagara to Dubai?

What if something is damaged?
If our handling caused it, we take responsibility. Tell the crew on the day rather than later. Insurance is available on request — ask before the booking.
How soon can you come?
Often the same day for a survey, since we are in the area. For the move itself, a week’s notice is comfortable; month-end fills up first.
Who does the actual move?
Our own crew, on our own trucks. We do not subcontract, which is also why the people who pack your flat are the ones who unpack it.
