We survey the villa first. We walk through every floor, look at the garden and the majlis, check access, and count what actually has to move. Only then do we give you a price.
That price is agreed with you before we start, and it does not change unless the job itself changes on the day.

How a Villa Move Runs
Step 1 — Free survey
We visit the villa and walk through it with you, or do the survey by video call if that is easier. We look at access, floors, and the volume of items.
Step 2 — Price agreed with you
We give you a price based on what we saw, not on an average. You confirm it before anything is booked.
Step 3 — Date and access sorted
We agree the date, and tell you what your community may need from you — some Dubai communities require a move-in permit or an approved time slot.
Step 4 — Packing day
For most villas, packing happens the day before the move so the moving day itself runs without pressure.
Step 5 — Moving day
The crew arrives, loads in a planned order, and transports everything to the new villa.
Step 6 — Placed and reassembled
Furniture goes back together, items are placed in the rooms you want them, and we do a final walk-through with you before we leave.
Step 7 — Payment
You pay once the work is done and you are satisfied.

We do not publish fixed villa prices, because two 4-bedroom villas can differ significantly in the amount of work and volume involved. What we can tell you is exactly what moves the number:

Villa Communities and Access Rules
Many Dubai villa communities have their own moving rules — such as move-in permits, approved time windows, gate access requirements, or security procedures.
We will tell you what to check with your community management, and we plan the day around whatever window you are given. If you tell us the community at the survey stage, we can factor its access requirements into the moving plan.

Villa Moving Questions
How long does a villa move take?
Most villa moves run over one or two days depending on size and whether we are packing for you. A large villa with full packing is usually a two-day job — packing on day one, moving on day two. We tell you which after the survey.
Do you dismantle fitted wardrobes?
Yes. Fitted wardrobes, beds and large units are dismantled, transported and reassembled at the new villa.
Can you move garden furniture and plants?
We move outdoor furniture, planters and garden storage. We do not transport live plants, as they rarely travel well and can be damaged in transit.
Do you need a permit from my community?
Some communities require a move-in permit or a booked time slot. Check with your community management, and tell us what they say so we can plan around it.
What if something is damaged?
Tell us as soon as you notice — ideally on the day. If the damage came from our handling, we take responsibility for putting it right.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. Payment is due after the move is completed.
Can you move a villa at short notice?
Sometimes, depending on crew availability. Message us with your date and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
